By purchasing a ticket or attending a Mahj & Mingle event, you agree to the following terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase tickets or attend our events.
Services
Mahj & Mingle provides American mahjong instruction and organizes social events. Availability and descriptions of services are subject to change without notice.
Return and Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless an event is canceled by Mahj & Mingle. If an event is canceled, payments will be refunded to the original form of payment. To inquire about a refund, please contact us at mahjongandmingle@gmail.com. Mahj & Mingle reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
Inclement Weather
Mahj & Mingle holds all events as scheduled unless conditions make travel unsafe. If we need to reschedule due to weather or other circumstances, all payments will be transferred to the new date. If you feel unsafe traveling, contact us at mahjongandmingle@gmail.com and we will work with you to find a solution.
Guest Conduct
Attendees agree to participate respectfully and follow all venue policies. Mahj & Mingle reserves the right to remove anyone who is disruptive or behaves inappropriately without a refund. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.
Food and Beverage
Food and beverage service, including alcohol, is provided solely by the hosting venue and is subject to their policies.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and materials created by Mahj & Mingle are our intellectual property. You may not copy, distribute, or modify our content without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mahj & Mingle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your attendance or use of our services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
